We are located in Bentleigh East (South East) of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and service Melbourne Metro Area

How long have you been operating?

We have been proudly operating since 2009!  We were originally operating as Spick n Span Prams.

What is the turn around time to get my gear cleaned?

This varies greatly depending on what you need clean, how dirty it is and even the weather!
Generally, allow 2 days for a pram clean and 1 day for child car seat cleaning.We do offer express cleaning in under 3 hours – ask us how!

Do you use dangerous chemicals?

Never! Never have – never will! We only use natural and gentle cleaning products
We pride ourselves on being Melbourne’s first baby gear cleaner, as well as the most experienced.We are not associated or operated out of a Dry Cleaner and use manufacturer-approved cleaning techniques on both prams and car seats.

Can you pick up my gear and return it to me?

We offer pick up and delivery services for a fee (depending on location).Contact us to get a quote.Or to save time and money you can drop off to us directly

Do you repair prams, car seats and other baby gear?

We do indeed!We use genuine parts from our suppliers and have repaired and replaced brakes, fabrics and more on hundreds of prams and car seats!

Are you accredited to install my baby car seat/restraint?

Tidy Tots are accredited with Australian Child Restraints Initiative (ACRI) and take car seat safety very seriously.We ensure restraints are handled, stored and cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer, as well as installed to current standards
